How to destroy any negativity - The Islam Way

 To destroy any negativity in Islam, following methodologies are prescribed:

1. TAWHID: Surah-112, Al ikhlas

(Absolute surrender to God Almighty which in SYoga we call Ananya Bhakti… towards Mother)

˹O Prophet,˺ “He is Allah—One ˹and Indivisible˺;

Allah—the Sustainer ˹needed by all˺.

He has never had offspring, nor was He born.

And there is none comparable to Him.”

2. TAWAKKUL: Surah-113, Al Falak and Surah-114, Al Nas

(Absolutely Trust in God Almighty and seek refuge in Him for the protection against all types of evils.

˹O Prophet,˺ “I seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak

from the evil of whatever He has created,

and from the evil of the night when it grows dark,

and from the evil of those ˹witches casting spells by˺ blowing onto knots,

and from the evil of an envier when they envy.”

Evils such as: (Al Falak and Al Nas)

a. From the evil of His creations

b. From the evil of daybreak- day

c. From the evil of darkness- night

d. From the evil of black magic

e. From the evil of Nazar 

f. From the wishpers of murmuring soul ( agents of satan)

g. From the evils of Djinn and Malevolent beings

O Prophet,˺ “I seek refuge in the Lord of humankind,

the Master of humankind,

the God of humankind,

from the evil of the lurking whisperer—

who whispers into the hearts of humankind—

from among jinn and humankind.”
